Verified Renter Bell Channelside is a great apartment complex. The leasing staff as well as the maintenance staff are very helpful with whatever you may need. The only complaint would be that the hallways are not very clean, and people never clean up after their dogs when they go to the bathroom in the hallways.

Verified Renter Moving in was such a hassle but overall there hasn’t been any major issues other than fire alarms and doors being left unlocked to enter the apartment. They are doing better with maintaining that, so that’s a win.

Verified Renter First of all the apartments are modern and spacious. The floors are pet friendly and easy to keep clean. Ceiling fans are plentiful and cooling. We park in a garage on the same level as our apartment, so no elevators to get to our home. The leasing and maintenance staff are so friendly; they know me and my hubby and strive to provide fun events for residents.
