Verified Renter Everything is good. Staff are responsive and skilled and enjoyable. The exercise room has all the equipment I need. The exercise room is clean and has no unpleasant odors. The get togethers that are organized by the staff, such as tacos night, are low key and fun.

Verified Renter First apartment that I've really enjoyed living in. Staff is super helpful, especially Xavier. If there's ever a maintenance issue it's fixed super fast. Great location I love being within walking distance of river walk, coffee shops, workout studios, etc. I would definitely recommend Bell.

Verified Renter The office staff are wonderful, maintenance are cool, no complaints except upstairs neighbors being a little loud banging stuff on the floor.

Verified Renter I like the convenience of living downtown, but the his building is quite old. The elevators are usually going out of service. Today the lights were out in the freight elevator. Dogs pooping in the hallway and residents not cleaning that up. It smells awful on the first floor in the F building. I’d like to write something positive but I’ve honestly haven’t had many positive experiences while living here. The construction has been on going since I moved here almost 3 years ago. Verified Renter I love the apartment! It has plenty of room for me and my roommate. It is a big upgrade from our late one. My only complaint would be the ticketing system. It feels like every week I have to put in a ticket for something broken. Other than that, it is in a great location and has great amenities.

Verified Renter Love the apartment! For being a busy community, it is very quiet; I can hardly hear my neighbors. The area is great, there are several dog parks near by and Publix is right across the street!

Verified Renter Bell Channelside is a great community! Some of my favorite things about living here are: 1. The location, it is conveniently close to Publix and the memorial dog park. 2. The apartment is very quiet since it’s concrete. I never hear my neighbors above me. 3. Parking is plentiful, I never have issues finding a spot on my floor in the garage.
