Verified Renter I really enjoy living here at the Bell. It is a quiet building located in a great area. Most of the things you need are walking distance and the staff are helpful if you have an issue

Maintenance Nightmare It is a ok option available in the Channelside area. What we like the most is being able to walk to Publix across the street. We also like the size of the balcony and friendliness of Austin in the office. He provides great customer service and he is always attentive to any question or request. I would not have chosen to live here if I knew that I was going to have several maintenance issues. Since we moved, we had issues with the shower, toilet, electric, and trash pick up. Verified Renter I wish I could rate this higher, the staff and on-site management are great, and they have helped me every step of the way. Unfortunately my apartment was not move in ready when I arrived. There is no hot water and the only toilet does not work. I know these are issues that can be resolved with maintenance requests, but after a long weekend of moving across the country, it would have been nice to have a hot shower to relax.

Verified Renter This place is very quiet, fun, safe, and the staff is very respectful. I also enjoy the fact that there are 7 courtyards to choose from, and also enjoy the layout.

Verified Renter Moved in yesterday and everyone has been super helpful. The parking situation was a little confusing at first but figured it out. The apt was very clean! So far so good.

Verified Renter After living here for a year I don’t think the bell channelside is a great place to live. Things are broken constantly whether that be in the gym, the pool, or other places. They are very slow to answer you if you email and the service of the staff is not great. They also expect your apartment to be clean when you leave but it was absolutely disgusting when we first moved in the bath tubs were nasty the floors and kitchen and appliances were nasty.
