Verified Renter This is my fourth year living here, and I absolutely love it! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always here in a timely manner. Gavin is someone who does my maintenance often and always does a great job and leaves a detailed note.

Verified Renter The Front office is helpful, Which is nice. But the grounds could be cleaner. Also I feel like I’m living in a play ground with the courtyard being extremely loud for hours with kids screaming for hours and kicking a soccer ball so loud that I can’t sleep and people on the phone can hear it all.

Verified Renter Everything went very well and smooth.. Our leasing agent was awesome as well. The property is pretty nice from where I am .. We are right by the pool which is what I love most?? Glad we made the decision to move here!

Verified Renter This place is absolutely filthy. There is dog poop in the breezeway and elevator and human pee on used toilet paper in the breezeway. Maintenance never takes care of it. I’m appalled to say I live here.

Verified Renter The emergency services is not helpful. We moved in and the air conditioning is not pumping cold air. Could not get help. Anytime you call the office you get sent to an answering service that is not friendly or helpful. Very frustrating
