Verified Renter So far, this place has been absolutely wonderful! Quiet! The pool has been wonderful, and everyone is so friendly. The apartment is spacious for a one-bedroom, and the utilities have not been outrageous, even though the weather has been extremely hot! Also, the location of my work (five minutes away), and to HEB is absolutely perfect!
