I made the mistake of looking at a civic on Bell Honda's website. Now I get endlessly harassed by one of their sales consultants, Erick Barrios. So thankful I dodged this dealership and instead gave my business to Showcase Honda. Avoid this place like it's your ex.
I was sold an absolute lemon and I have had nothing but horrible service from this dealership. I have bought 3 cars from them and have always had a good experience but this time around I have been treated HORRIBLE. Luis, the GM is absolutely horrible and told me all he cared about was if a car " turns on, off, and stops. I am so disappointed.
They will never stop calling you even if you ask them time and time again to be taken off the call list. I told the person on the phone that I was going to block them and never recommend them to anyone and he responded with "that's probably your best option". Absolute joke
One star is only because I'm unable to leave a negative Star rating. After a verbal agreement and agreeing to place a deposit. My family and I drove from California to pick up the vehicle only to be told the car was sold 2 days prior. When searching for the vehicle communication was excellent yet when they should have informed me they sold the vehicle I was supposed to pick up no one informed me! They tried to pull a sneaky applications that I did not approve of until I had my assistant back home and the financial company I had my pre-approval with, confirm on the back end. I had an appointment at 9am and wasn't talked to until 9:30 as I waited in line. I showed them my warranty papers on the air conditioner condenser and said Honda was replacing this part if it is why my air conditioner wasn't working. They said they needed to keep it for six hours to put dye in the system so they could figure out the problem. Seven hours later they called stating they put more Freon in it with dye and they had no idea where the leak was. I would have to come back in two weeks and if it's not the part covered ... read more
I can't even give this place 1 Star! Bought a 2017 Nissan Altima 2 weeks ago. Spent 20g on it. Under 90k miles. Nice car, for about a week! Check engine light comes on. You drive it for 20 minutes and it basically stalls. We bring it in to have it looked at, and they want to charge us for it! Whatever happened to standing by something that you sell. And that was it. Started off amazing test driving the SUV that i finally left with, less than 3 months later my 2 front windows stopped working which i ended up having to spend 300 plus dollars on new window motors, a little while later my A/C went out i did have a mechanic look at it who told me it is a wiring problem. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is a total scam!!! I recently spent over $1,300 to have my right motor Mount fixed and a valve adjustment. Immediately after the car was "finished" it was looked at by another mechanic so that he could do some additional work. He text me to let me know that "whoever did the valve adjustment and motor Mount, did a terrible job" I then contacted Honda with the text messages that were sen to t me and their response was "we're so sorry.
