I put in a request through auto trader to hear about a Honda fit, seemed like a good deal made an appointment for the next day to check out the car. They called me SEVEN TIMES since that appointment was scheduled and left 0 messages. I used to work sales and that is INSANE. I already booked an appointment to check out the car WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME 5 times the day of the appointment!? I'm not purchasing from the strictly out of that. This is for the service department. I felt like just a number. Staff seemed to just push customers through an assembly line. The staff appeared to only care about making money, and trying to sell services that I didn't ask for or want. They didn't listen to me at all and seemed to have their own agenda. The staff was rude, condescending, and not friendly at all. I felt very uncomfortable. The one good thing was that they provided me a ride home whie they had my car.

This whole experience has been frustrating. I first took my car in August 2024 to schedule it for the extended warranty repaint of my roof. Nothing happened. I called the service advisor many times to see what the status was and would either get told he would have an answer by the end of day or the next, but I never heard back. I also called in many times to speak with a service manager who was either busy with a customer or too busy otherwise to return my calls or see me in person the times I went in. Everyone there is unprofessional the people in Sales talk shit about the customers behind their back they overcharged they lie about their prices. I would highly not recommend this specific location.

Not selling cars with issues, gaslighting that there's nothing wrong placing families in danger, rude as heck. Appointment mistakes! Read the reviews. The bullshiii comments to "email the owner" are the only response (the owner sets the tone-so you can imagine the outcome). They take zero responsibility. Told me nothing wrong with car after several attempts for help, but then said-well come over to the lot and buy a newer, more expensive one! Ewww. Never again. Bell Honda just no.

I brought my 2024 Accord in for an oil change a week ago. I was informed by car needed a few filters replaced. I asked my service advisor if they had any coupons available and he mentioned he could give me 15% off the two filters. I approved the additional service but when I checked-out he gave me 15% off labor only. He never once mentioned anything about service only and when I question him about it he took out the coupon that showed labor only. That is not what he told me. Took my car here plenty of times for oil changes and have considered them the front runner for my business whenever we upgrade vehicles. After my most recent oil change Friday, I'm driving today (wednesday) and this chrome piece flies off my car. I contact the dealership as they were the last to touch the part that flew off, and they tell me to come in. I take the time to drive in and speak to Iris. What should have been an exciting day turned into a complete disaster due to poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I left with cash in hand, in tears, feeling helpless. I was so upset.
