This place is extremely dishonest. They tried to take advantage of a first time car buyer. Did not include our trade in value in the original deal sheet and pressured us to buy based on the monthly payment. I won't get into details however, they included loads of dealer added accessories for a used car. How does that make any sense? Worst decision ever made was to purchase a vehicle through this dealership. I won't speak on the entire service department but the individual I came across was supremely dishonest and caused me to waste hundreds of dollars taking ride share to and from the dealership simply because of their dishonesty. Don't do it.
John, Trish was standing in the drop off area the entire time and did absolutely nothing about it. Therefore it makes Trish a waste of space too. I have posted this review on all public social media sites and there many other people agree that Bell Honda has done them wrong too.
Horrrible dealership .. do not go here. Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Didn't help me out at all, and basically told me that it is my problem now since it's now my car.
The worst car dealership! My fiancé had only had the car he purchased for a month and already had transmission issues. Called this piece of shit dealership and of course they "COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT". All these employees know what tf they're doing. Shady asf! Believe me when I say NEVER COME HERE! No Fucken stars! Disgusting..
These salespeople are huge liers who waste your time!! I was told my used car would come with a full tank of gas. When I came back to pick it up, there was 1/3 tank! I went back 4 times to get my tank filled and was left waiting for 20 minutes or more each time! Finally, I got my tank filled. I will NEVER do business with Bell Honda again!! I strongly encourage you to avoid them!!
We had to get our 2016 Honda pilot towed to this location for a warranty issue. The person who I scheduled the appointment must've not been at the location because they told me to drop it off on Sunday before Labor Day. She led me to believe they were open. When I called on Labor Day, they couldn't find my appointment and told me they'd call me back. Horrible experience both at the dealership and the service department. Was told the wait would be "around an hour" for a routine oil change. The service department was not busy. My appointment was at 3:00. After waiting two hours I approached my contact and he said "there's less techs here at the end of the day." Absolutely no concern for peoples time.
This place is beyond bizarre, and really sucks . I called in looking for help on my 2025 Honda Pilot , after talking to 4 Service advisors i get ahold of "Faith" , She assures she is very capable of being my liaison between Bell Honda and Travelers and she has done this sort of thing before dealing with an insurance company.
