Since I purchased my Honda Accord from Bell Honda two years ago, I've had all of my service visits at Bell Honda whether regular service, recalls, or anything needing repair. My service experiences have been all over the place whereas my last visit was a very positive experience, and today's service experience felt like it was just one issue after another. This review is for the service department only. Twice now I have taken my car in for my free oil change and they have forgotten to call me to tell me it's ready for pick up. I called. No answer. After 2 hours I stopped by since I figured it would be done and it was sitting in the parking lot. How hard is it to make a 30 second phone call? This was my last freebie with my new car. I am looking forward to go back to see Ivan at Exclusive Car Care.
Avoid this dealership. I recently financed a 2018 Honda CRV from in November and then 1-2 months later come out to find that the car has a problem with one of the control arms on the front of the car. They handed me a CarFax and I looked over it and it perfectly fine. But to tell me that their was a full inspection of the vehicle before it was put onto the lot to be sold is total BS. The vehicle that they sold me came with no warranty besides a six month that doesn't cover anything. Being a girl I didn't have a clue how this vehicle should feel when you drive it. I just assumed that because I was use to driving a BMW that this is just the way a jeep drives. I ordered a part two days ago said it would be there yesterday. Went to pick it up today. The front desk lady said she forgot to finalize the order so if you order any parts from the parts department, just make sure they confirm your order besides that friendly staff.
Services Is Horrible!!! This Is My 2nd Car financing through Bella Honda my first car they sold me in the finance department a car that had a lot of issues when I took it into service. They told me there was nothing that they could do because of the miles that came on the car ( mind you I wasn't the one who put all them miles on the car but my warranty was still good ) . Some people that work there just didn't want to be helpful. I said I needed help since the persons I was working with wasn't there. She pointed in the direction of someone that was already working with another customer and said "they can help you". I would think you should get their attention for me instead of them having no clue what's going on and me having g to chase down another employee. You're not going to believe this, but it is honest to God fact....I just bought a used Toyota truck from Bell Honda Feb 2025 and I was disappointed with the experience. I have purchased many vehicles from dealerships in my past 77 years and Bell Honda was the utmost, worse experience. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CARE HERE FOR SERVICE. I spoke to Service Advisor, Alexis Alfaro when I dropped my car off at Bell Honda Service but little did I know I would never see my car running again. I received a call from a Manager named Trish Giramontez informing me of, in her words, "Some bad news".
