Horrible sales and service. Never would we recommend Bell Honda in Phoenix. Lesson learned. When arrived at the dealership for service, the advisor said it would be 3-4 hours' wait time. Yea it's a no for me. One of the managers (Trish to be exact) was so rude for no reason. No negative comments were said and she still decided to have an attitude. She allowed her workers to steal out of the car and when asked about it (in a civil manner) she proceeded to say "nothing i can do" and "get off my property". If you do come, i suggest taking everything out of the car and make sure the con artist ,TRISH, isn't working. I have a feeling this isn't the first time this has happened.
I went to this dealership to sell my 2015 Honda Fit before I left Arizona, but their manager came out and treated me with an immense amount of disrespect. My wife's car stalled out while driving in an intersection. It was a scary experience for her. We took it into Bell Honda for diagnostic on a Saturday morning. They charged a $150 diagnostic fee and a $22 "disposal fee" despite not doing any work or disposing of anything, and refused to remove the disposal fee. We were told the diagnostic fee would be applied to the work needed if done within the week. I called and spoke to the internet sale's manager, Mihui Kim, she was VERY rude. The conversation started by asking "how did I get this number?", umm your website.... When I told her about the car I was looking at online and the price, she told me immediately that "there is no room to negotiate" before she even gave me the number. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They sold us a car that is a lemon. We have had to replace the battery in a 3-year-old car TWICE in the past 10 months. Honda Roadside would not honor the warranty on the battery. This place will sell you a defective "Honda-certified" car, which doesn't mean anything.
Rude people, worst experience ever; since first day that i got a car, it has trouble and they say there is nothing to do. Thtat is your car. Kind all used cars has problems be carful before sign a papers drive car over freeway and check brakes filters oil. Don't trust and them about services. If they can provide a proof .
