You guys need to train your people to be honest. Was there a few days ago, and your kids tried tacking on ALOT of things that were not listed online. Left and will not return.

Ho Ho Glum...the advertised Pre Certified 2019 Honda from Bell Ford. Let check my list of things that have happened since 12/3/24: This Pre Certified vehicle was not ready on the day/time agreed upon. This Pre Certified vehicle was dropped off while I was working and I was never able to inspect it. Upon inspection: the molding on both backdoors obviously did not fit, so, first rain. I took my 2012 Honda CRV in for repair. The actual repair was done OK. The problem is they charged an additional 3% for paying with a credit card. At the time I missed this additional charge. This is the first time I noticed that a surcharge was added to my bill. I have been using them since I purchased the car in 2012 and never remember seeing this charge before and was not told about it when I paid. bought a car from bell honda back in 2018. . it is now dec 2024. i still get harassing phone calls from them to this day. i told them throughout the years" quit f_kn calling me" "take me off your list" they still keep calling at least once a week leaving voicemails. also i had ZACTEK protection added to my policy on my vehicle only to reveal that bell honda would no longer offer ZACTEK protection service to my vehicle on the weekends. this was not part of the contract agreement. disappointed
Please never take you vehicle to get serviced here. I had gotten a new alternator and had to go back twice because I was left on the side of the road due to it being installed incorrectly by "certified" Honda technicians. When we went back our second time to get it fixed they scared my girlfriend into thinking the car was going to catch fire and to replace a part worth a total of $1,700 and the tech couldn't even give me a clear explanation of the part that was being replaced. This service sales associate "Josh" to get an oil change tried to sale me on extra services. I Stated only an oil change today and again he still tried to sell me. I said a second time only an oil change. When he again tried to sell me I stated I am in a hurry and need to get going. He argued with me and said that I have said oil change five times.
