The staff at Bell Honda was very patient with us and answered many questions. Nobel worked with us to find a deal that worked for us. Angel helped us through the financial process and got us a great deal on the payments as well. They are a solid team.
Please, please, please don't use Robby as an advisor. He won't fix your problems. He won't call you back. He'll transfer you to a different advisor if he doesn't like you. He won't tell you the problems. He doesn't have customer service skills. Andrew a senior advisor is GREAT! The manager Joel, GREAT! Joel got our problems fixed & Andrew was a great help as well. 0 stars for Robby, 5 for Joel & Andrew. Overall 3 because of how negative Robby is.
We were pleasantly surprised by the professional and friendly manner in which we were treated by the sales associate Fred. We called Bell Honda inquiring if they had a 2021 Honda CR-V hybrid on the lot. Fred said there was one available and he would have it ready for us to test drive when we arrived. If it was possible to give Bell Honda ZERO STAR that would be my award, found this dealer to have zero integrity, sale safe are friendly until you ask hard question, that they avoid, and lets say the DEALER PACK uncharge for most inexpensive add on is nuts topping over 6,000 Dollars. Do not go there unless you like abuse, and dealing with AWEFUL HIGH Pressure people.
If I could give Zero Stars I would, went in to look at HR-V, staff is unprofessional, rude, and not knowledge. HR-V was 26K, marked up to 32K. Zero intrigrity, avoid the dealer at all cost.
I was interested in purchasing a 2019 Jeep Compass last Saturday at Bell Honda. I wanted to test drive it but there was no gas in it so the salesman (Brett Smith) said, "Well, let's just go around the corner so you see how it rides".
