My review is related to using the service center. I have a 2021 CRV hybrid. I moved from out of state last year and made an appointment to replace my battery and it was a pretty easy process. I've have a handful of regular service or recall appointments. Admittedly, some service agents are more pleasant than others. Josh was the first agent I had 18 months ago, and he is one of the best. Michael Coleman was very kind in helping us find the perfect car for us. He gave us a good deal, and answered all our questions. He was very professional but had some good humor to him which made the process of buying so much better. I recommend to ask for him.
I decided to service my Mazda over at Bell Honda because it was the closest dealership to me, moving forward I will continue any service I may need with Honda specifically because of the treatment I received from my service advisor. Purchased a 2024 CR-V Hybrid from Bell to replace my 2008 one. Crystal and Sariah led me through the process and even delivered the car to my home! It was a quick and painless experience. Will definitely go to Bell Honda when I need another vehicle.
I called a couple of Honda dealers for some repair work and service on my Accord. Two dealers told me they would make an appointment for me to drop the car off but it might take them a couple of days to get to it. What? Isn't the point of making an appointment to get your car worked on at that time? Bell Honda gave me an appointment of 8/28 at 7:00 AM. I was checked in by 7:10 and my car was taken back at 7:15. We came in to buy a car that we saw online and our sales person, Maria, was wonderful to work with! She was so nice, funny and we had a great test drive with her. Bell Honda is amazing!! This is my fifth Honda that I bought from bell honda . I bought a 2023 Honda hybrid CRV. I had previously had civics and HRV's Ashton and Keith we're amazing and the communication was great. even finance was a breeze with Jake . Ashton went over the settings each and fully explained them. Every time I've been to Bell Honda they exceeded my expectations.
