They scheduled me an appointment to test drive a car that was not even at the location. I walked over a mile and a half in 110 degrees heat. Once I arrived I found out I had been lied to. Not only that then they tried to put me in a parking lot full of used cars none of which were even Honda's.

I had an appointment with Jessica Aguilar. I made a 2 hour drive to purchase a vehicle. 20 minutes prior to my appointment time they sold the vehicle I was purchasing! I can't believe that's how this dealership does business! Absolutely horrible!

They took our licenses and never gave them back. Tried to stop us from leaving and now turns out we have to go back anyway to try and get talked into buying something for 30 minutes. Called them asking to mail back our licenses and they told us to drive without our licenses for 30 minutes back to their location. When asked if they would reimburse our gas they said no but we can buy a car and they'll fill up the tank. WHAT A JOKE. They refuse to mail it out even knowing it's their fault. I had an appt @7:40a.m today & all I needed was a diagnostics, it's took them 4 hours to tell me I needed a battery ... they never printed or emailed/text me my diagnostic . I am so upset that they treated me so poorly. They were getting everybody else in and out before me & I had an appt.. I did ask for my car back and the man " Benjamin" insisted I just buy a battery and they'll put it in but what was you guys doing for those 4 hours ? The experience at this dealerships service center is something from a nightmare. Long story short: You'll be con'd by Steven with the pricing, they will fix the cars issue after many attempts, cause another & act as if they didn't, then "fix" the issue they caused as if it's a generosity to you & waste your money/time. AVOID BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY WORK. And if Christian AKA Chris is your technician, good luck! DONT buy a car from this place, they don't take care of the cars they receive from trade in, ESPECIALLY if your a first time car buyer, if your a young person who's not sure how the car business runs, these people will say anything they can to get you into a car, I put 500$ down on a Chevy Malibu had the car for a couple of nights return the car and they weren't interested if return my money on a loan that never got approved by the bank that I was financing with

I bought my car from Bell Honda and loved it, but I had a bad experience at Bell Honda Service Center. First, the services they charge are super overpriced. I had a coupon, and I had to remind the person helping me, Daisy, three times to add it on before she finally did. Additionally, I was told they would order me a Lyft and call me once it was here, and I waited about 40 minutes at their center before I realized they probably never called it in the first place. Ah Bell Honda, another Berkshire Hathaway-owned dealership. Along with the Camelback locations like Camelback Toyota, this means that due to their ownership which prefers high margins, non-transparent pricing, and high-pressure tactics they prefer to use smoke and mirrors to get people in. Bell Honda was no different showing cars that were MSRP and below market price online but stuffing them with dealer markups and add-ons if you happen to arrive on their lot.
