Peace of mind Pros We are an international founders and dont have understanding of US tax system. We dont want to focus on it and Bench saved us a ton of time. I would recommend it to anyone. Cons We had some problems understanding the interface at first.
Exceptional Services for Small Businesses Bench executives should develop the bookkeeping platform further to include items that allow the end user to have a total experience. I understand that the goal is to lead bookkeeping into full tech. However, I feel that users want some form of one-on-one service where they are able to meet and greet their bookkeeping expert. Bench Works! Overall, I recommend bench to everyone. They do have their shortcomings, but in my experience it can be fixed by not giving so many clients to one person. My current bookkeeper is great and very prompt on delivering my books each month. I hope she sticks around. YMMV, but keep with it, bench is the best out there. Pros My QuickBooks was a mess. Bench Saves Me Time Bench has been a great move overall for us. Pros Bench was a great solution for me, I dreaded bookkeeping with QuickBooks and it never functioned properly using PayPal and such. Bench has helped smooth this process and freed my time to grow my company. Cons I don't see many cons. There was some growing pains when Bench staff learned our companies business and our accounts.
Finally, easy bookkeeping Pros I absolutely can’t stand dealing with bookkeeping transactions - it would eat up my time and not provide value to my business. Since I’ve used Bench, this is all off my shoulders and I can focus on the key metrics that matter. Now that I’m also using an accountant connected to Bench, I’m finally getting my taxes done on time, too. Cons Nothing not to love. It’s all a great time saver.

Bench is an amazing resource Pros They have made our lives very easy taking the stress out of our bookkeeping. We know we will get our books done on time and correct and the level of communication is incredible. Cons Wish they wrapped the monthly books up a few days earlier but its worth the wait.
Reliable Bookeeping at a reasonable price Pros East to use. Improving on the regular and with new features like Pulse. I like the dedicated support and team member you are linked with makes it feel like an extension of my team. Cons Guided setup was more time consuming than it needed to be.. the sales team was great but my implementation team seemed like they were in the dark. After working through this and actually switching our bookkeeper within Bench after that it's been great.
