"Helpful, professional, efficient" Sales was thorough and complete without being pushy or stressful. Service was pleasant and responsive. Pleased with the product and service. "First Service. Excellent experience" A simple day for placing snow tires on the car. Once we clarified that I actually wanted Snow tires and not the "Slow" tires listed on the work order (we got a laugh out of that one) everything went very nicely. In fact by the time I got back to work the car was done and ready! Ryan was terrific and all the crew there was very nice. Excellent experience. I look forward to our first service. "To purchase a crossover suv" We called and spoke with I believe pat and he was very helpful and had the vehicle at the door when we showed up u guys were real busy that day it was a work night for me I hadn't eaten lunch before arriving to meet my wife there and u guys had sandwiches there which was awesome I had lunch and chose to purchase the vehicle that we talked about
"It couldn't have been easier!" This is the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Berlin City and there are many reasons we keep coming back. Overall the process is smooth and easy.
