"Pleasantly surprised" Who likes to have service done on your car? I was met by a very nice young lady who told me that my service writer Jesse would be right with me. Jesse showed up seconds later told me they were running a little behind schedule but they would do their best to get me completed as soon as possible. To my surprise he was coming to get me 45 minutes later and they had washed my 4 runner for me. This is my first Toyota after having about 24 different Chevrolets so far I couldn't be happier.
"Wonderful dealership" I bought my car at Berlin Toyota in 2008 and have taken it back for service since then. Service Dept is excellent and let me know if there is anything wrong and quickly remedy the problem. I am very satisfied with them.

"Factory Recall" Factory recall, didn't cost anything and was done within the time estimated. It appears that the job was done correctly. Drivers seat was not adjusted to my configuration, but I readjusted it before driving off.
