"No Haggling" You can't come in here expecting to knock anything off the price, so fair warning there. Otherwise, they are a great bunch that goes out of their way to make sure you are happy with what you buy.
"New car" Great car buying experience. Found the exact car we wanted and sourced it from new hampshire. Took care of all of the initial service visits

"Pleasantly surprised" Who likes to have service done on your car? I was met by a very nice young lady who told me that my service writer Jesse would be right with me. Jesse showed up seconds later told me they were running a little behind schedule but they would do their best to get me completed as soon as possible. To my surprise he was coming to get me 45 minutes later and they had washed my 4 runner for me. This is my first Toyota after having about 24 different Chevrolets so far I couldn't be happier.
"Wonderful dealership" I bought my car at Berlin Toyota in 2008 and have taken it back for service since then. Service Dept is excellent and let me know if there is anything wrong and quickly remedy the problem. I am very satisfied with them.
"Excellent Service" The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, Matthew walked me through the whole process and made sure I got everything I needed in the vehicle I was looking for. Im very appreciative, this being the first car I've ever bought. Would definitely go back to their dealership again
