It was fine. Felt pressured to pick a specific pick up date or furniture would be sent back. Ordering and check was fast and easy.
2nd time I've purchased.13 years ago was 1st. Staff friendly and knowledgable
Phil was great. He explained all the mattresses to us and how to maintain the upkeep. He made getting the mattress very easy
I really enjoyed my trip to the Raynham store and the associate that helped me. I am relieved that their customer service is extremely helpful, one of my sectional pieces was delivered with the wrong fabric and they are letting me use the messed-up section until the correct one is made and delivered. Took a lot of stress and anxiety away with dealing with furniture shopping and delivery.
I didn't really use the website much.
The service was very good. All questions were answered. The Delivery of the furniture was exceptional. They made sure all wood floors were covered so the there wouldn't be scratched and suggested that certain pictures were needed to be removed. They hung the pictures backed up finished. Overall a very good experience from purchasing to delivery.
I had my first visit to this store and was impressed with the great selection of furniture. I was well informed by the salesperson. I will definitely be a return customer. I have placed an online order and am awaiting its delivery.
Michael my sales agent was very helpful and understanding
Only problem we are out of the delivery area and will have to pick up our furniture. Or pay a expensive delivery charge
