Good selection and prices. Salesman was there if we had questions but wasn't hovering over us or pressuring.
Sales service was very helpful and knowledge.
Competitive pricing, high quality merchandise, friendly and informative sales staff.
Search ward simple, but some sofas are listed twice, making it hard to scroll through on a mobile device.

I must admit I was surprised at how big the store was and how few sales people were available, but all in all Sharyn was quite helpful. Your keeping me informed each step of the way was most helpful. I cannot say enough about the delivery of my recliner. They were neat and quite efficient, my recliner was unwrapped (which I might add was wrapped as good as one could expect) in a matter of minutes. They put it in place, explained the various functions and were on the way out the door in 15 minutes. The chair is all I expected... read more
Our visit was on veteran’s day and the store was busy. We were met shortly after arrival and indicated a need to try out the mattresses for awhile, so check back to us later. After about 20 minutes to make our selection, we search for a sales associate found only one in the bed dept. and they were busy with another customer checking out. There were about 3 couples in the bed dept and including ourselves 2 were waiting to talk to or check out with someone.
