I dont think the sales man was happy to have sale of only $450 . I wanted to get the Wells Fargo card and the salesman said that takes about 10 mins. Will that be debit or credit? I said I wanted the wells Fargo card. I got it.The show room was beautifull and the prices are great

The sales people were there to help and we’re ready to do so. But they had the sense to not be bothersome asking a lot of questions. When I was ready with my questions, they were very knowledgeable and helpful
All the staff people we dealt with were very knowledgeable and pleasant; I would give them 5 stars..not so much with the financing. My credit was quickly approved, but then Wells Fargo had some sort of glitch which no one could figure out, therefore despite everyone’s best efforts I ultimately needed to get some papers in the mail to sign, even though I had signed several papers in the store! Great but novato sectional is not available online but shown in stores.
Although it took awhile to get a salesperson initially, the experience at Bernie and Phyls was excellent. The mattress consultant was very helpful, and the delivery guys were awesome. I would highly recommend Bernie snd Phyls for your next furniture purchase.
The service was very good with all the staff. My only complaint is that you have a store in Hyannis yet you charge for delivery to Harwich.
