Experience was what I have felt in the past. Associate was well versed in kids furniture and mattresses.

Great delivery however couch was wrong fabric. They are correcting the problem to my satisfaction

I would have liked to have my delivery date a bit sooner than what I was provided when I placed my order.
We had a wonderful sales person. He was very knowledgeable. And gave us a lot of attention
good buy for the money...I hope. Already knew what we anted just had to find someone to help us. Once we did, it was a pleasant experience to purchase. Have not received the furniture yet so I cannot comment on delivery or quality.
Staff were very helpful in assisting me with choosing appropriate fabric for the headboard I chose.
