Salesman was great, very helpful. Just wish we could have had delivery before Christmas.

Everything was great, Brian was very friendly. But they did ship us the wrong ottoman & the woman on the phone tried to say it was our fault. Brian gets 5 stars because he fixed everything for us, woman on the phone you get 2 stars!
Stuffs and furniture all good but at the side of financing and delivery too slow
Nice stuff but too slow on the side of financing
We have a great experience. The only thing I would mention, is that when we first entered the store, (2) sales associates saw us and walked away?! We had have a bit of trouble getting someone to help us, as we were looking for a very specific sofa. Once we did, it went very well!
We were greeted upon arrival by John who introduced himself and inquired how he could help. I had several items in mind, but my husband was essentially clueless so John let us browse. I was shocked to find something right away and even more surprised that my husband was excited, too! Then we found something else... and something else... and the next thing I know I’ve got my husband AND John following me around in agreement. What fun!
