in the retail sales field myself, I feel that your associates could use more sales training. If you have a sales training department I feel that role playing is an excellent way of providing training in proper greeting, product knowledge, sales techniques and closing techniques. My purchase itself seems fine after 2 days.
The sales person was freat but some of the dining styles didnt have interchanganle chairs even itf it was the same maker

Found no information on power reclining sofa backs and if they were removable for delivery. This information would be extremely helpful as we use the web site first before going to a retail store.
