Dear Friends, I went to Bernie and Phyl's store in Westboro this evening, but I did not look at their web site. I did it all by intuition. God's leading.
website is accurate and helpful. I did have to call to ask availability of items. Would be nice to have the items in stock (1 day turn around) mentioned on the site. Locations where you can view/try an item is accurate and helpful

Salesman was great but your promotion is a little deceaving with the free shipping. I spend over $2,000 which gave me a higher percentage yet wouldn’t give me free shipping. After spending over $2000 as a customer free shipping should be offered!
Phil was very helpful when I shopped for my new mattress.
I ordered 2 chairs and a sofa. I was not pleased with the workmanship of the couch. Bernie and Phil's sent someone to look at the couch and ordered another one. The second one was not to my satisfaction. Bernie and Phil's have been extremely helpful and concerned that I be happy. I have since ordered a different couch from another company and waiting for that. I cannot say enough about the management and sales staff doing all that they can to help me out.
