We have been in a few times to browse and the experience has always been plesant. When we came back to purchase items we had to track down an associate on the other end of the store. Other than that overall good experience.
My sales girl, Amanda, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the process very easy.
Needs more of a wow factor. The zero interest , warranty , was the reason I went. Store under whelming. Happy with purchase. Jordan’s has better selection you were closer, FYI

I try to never, never buy things from the internet. When Bernie and Phyl's opened up a new store in my neighborhood, it was the obvious choice to go shopping for furniture, as the nearest other stores were around an hour's drive away. Got what I wanted, and no surprises when it was delivered.
I found the Website good with many selections. I would say that it could be even better by displaying the different color choices and the sizes of items. I was shopping for a casual dining table and needed a specific size. Many of my choices failed to indicate the length of the table. As it turned out, the table I chose online was too large for my space and I found another one that was perfect in the store. However, the one I bought was only shown in the darker color option online which is why I didn't see it at first.
