The sales person was wonderful
Would have given it five stars but the person who was dealing with the financing was rude. The sales person was fantastic and I already had financing available and I didn’t know the sales person could take care of it because I didn’t realize what kind I had. When the sales person brought us to her I told the financing person and she was like “that is not what kind you have and the sales person could have dealt with this” How was I supposed to know. I am giving 4 stars because Tracy provided exceptional service. Otherwise, the other sales agents in the mattress section were ok.
I was having trouble finding what I wanted, but I am still learning how to use the computer
Very nice and so far happy with my furniture!
It would have been better if the color swatches for all the recliners were available.

You have a wide selection and your sales associate Bill was very educated on the products and layout of the store.
