Easy to navigate. Checkout was easy as well. Good experience.
Everything was fine and the prices were reasonable, the selection could have been better for real wood coffee tables and end tables.
User friendliness
Linda was fantastic. We executed the entire purchase over the phone. We had stopped in the night before at the Nashua location and were pretty much ignored; not a very pleasant experience. There was only one Salesperson on the entire second floor. Fortunately when I called the next day, Linda took charge of my situation. In a total of about an hour, I placed and order for my new recliner. Linda is truly an asset to your organization. I look forward to working with Linda in the future.
