quick and easy transaction
Steve provided us great customer service today he took time to review our options. This was after another sales associate came over looked to want to be helpful but decided it would be too involved for him and ditched us. Steve took the time to review our selection and even took us downstairs to customer service to process our order. The folks down there were great as well. The protection plan was a little steep compared to others, so we did not purchase. But over all the experience was great with the one exception mentioned... read more
