End table glass was defective with some edges polishing defects. Called to get return just the glass and pickup a new one, and the customer service team was great. New glass is perfect. Thank you!
I had a pleasant experience while purchasing furniture. Your sales people were pleasant and helpful and when I ended up wishing to return one of the pieces they and your store worked with me to exchange that piece and find the right piece of furniture for me.

I had just left Bob's Discount Furniture where their sales person quickly decided that I probably wasn't going to buy anything anyway, so he just walked away. On the other hand, your sales person, Carol King was excellent. I'm getting to be an old lady. Carol was very patient and thoughtful. I found the perfect sofa for my small living room. The sales department is helpful and pleasant which makes for a great experience. The store is staged perfectly but the lighting is poor. Hopefully, I will be satisfied with the delivery.
Nice service at store. Some issues with delivery. Given 4 hour window from 8 to noon. Then delivery driver “scolded” us by saying we were expected to be available at 7 am, one hour earlier than told.
I actually enjoyed my mattress shopping experience. Our salesman let us walk around (by ourselves) so we could test the mattresses and only came over after we had some questions. Unlike other experiences when the salesman follows you everywhere which I despise this was a nice change. They had a good selection to choice from and the salesmen knew his product line well.
Overall good experience. Selection was a little limited
The experience in store was fine unfortunately the wrong item was ordered, after waiting 6 weeks we had to refuse order. Fortunately the mistake was taken care of and reordered correctly. We should receive correct order in 4 weeks. I will continue to shop there. Every one was wonderful.
