I got one of my headlights replaced and it is still not working
We were charged WAY too much to replace a cabin air filter. I think we are done with dealership service.
Car had a broken solonoid in the engine for three years before they got the right diagnosis. Over that 3 years the explanation went from "we've never seen anything like this before" to "this is a common problem with low mileage Subarus". Will give them credit they refunded about $1200 of unnecessary repairs. They also tried to get me to spend $4k on replacing the wiring harness but i pushed back on that. The problem with the gas pedal tension could not be corrected.
It was not good. My AC was making an intermittent clicking noise so I had it inspected. They did not fully inspect it, which led to a $1,500 repair unrelated to the clicking noise. Only upon it being looked at again was the AC fully inspected and issue discovered (motor full of debris). I should be refunded the $1,500 because of the failure to fully inspect the first time. Will never be using this dealership again if not.
Outstanding service on the billing from Sandie Au. Problem with noise on startup seems to be resolved.
The car was a mess the price was way to high and their processing fee was the highest Ive in counted 0 stars
Oil was not properly topped off causing major mechanical issues within five weeks. Engine had to be completely replaced because lack of oil caused a thrown rod

Beyer Subaru used to have outstanding customer service but it has deteriorated to poor. From saying they follow COVID-19 protocols and wear their masks under their nose or on their chin, to forgetting to fix things, standard items like tire rotations not being included, to high prices. Disappointing
