My appointment was at 0700. Service was 2.5hrs much longer than usual 1.5 hrs. No update was given for the delay. Complimentary service of car wash and vacuuming was done very sloppy. Did not dry the car well (still has water stain) and still dirt in the car. There is no pride shown in the work. If cant do it right then dont offer this service. Reflect poorly to the company and its reputation.
Issues not resolved. Problem denied. Told to take car home
I took my 2919 Subaru Outback in for state inspection. I was expecting the worst because it will be five years old in 7/23. It passed.
Lots of good from Beyer Subaru but very little from Subaru of America. To get the STARLINK system to work on the new to me 2018 Outback I would have to spend over $800 for a new Data Communication Module. Even though I bought an extended warranty, SoA would not cover the repair. A year previously in Feb 2022, only a software update would have been required. Very disappointed with SoA and the dealership that sold me this certified car (not Beyer Subaru).
It was a bad experience. The service staff tried repeatedly to get me to agree to pay for a $170 test of my braking system even though I was quite clear that I only wanted them to check to see if the electronic Parking Brake Connector Lock Tab was cracked - as suggested in a letter I got from Subaru itself. The check I was asking for was a simple visual observation and they already had the wheels off to replace my tires.

Over $200 for a oil change, tire rotation and wipers. Not the first time I heard about this place charging too much for basic services.

We do comparative price shopping all the time and will meet or beat other Subaru dealers pricing in the Northern Virginia area.
I did not have an appointment but, because I keep receiving emails from Subaru/Car Fax warning me that it was time to get my oil changed, I took it in for an oil change. The servicce man told it me it was not yet time and tha I had ore time remaining to change the oil, but that it was minimum of 3 months but coud change it later. The man took car in to change oil and it took @ 53 minutes. Why is car fax involved with Subaru when Car Fax knows nothing about my servicing? Car Fax harassed me.
Long wait but otherwise very good service.
Great fulfilled needs. Would return.
