They forgot to check Starlink (which we asked for). It doesn't look like the car was "complimentary washed." Invoice said that the car was test driven for six miles, but the in-and-out mileage showed that it was driven one mile.

I paid a good amount of money for The Shop to replace the windshield wipers, and part of my drivers seat back cover that I had damaged. . It rained that day, and when I went to use the windshield wipers on the way home, the passenger side wiper was already split and dragging a 6 or 7 piece behind itself as it crossed the windshield. Not great. They added a lot of hidden fees (like supplies to justify the use of rugs, gloves etc.), I suspect bc they had to cover something defective with the warranty. All dealers are legal thieves as I call them. They are sort of like necessary evils.
We brought the car in to Beyer Suibaru for a leaking tire. When I called I explained that the tires had been installed by them within the past year and asked about "road hazard coverage", the tech explained that they were covered for 2 years and there would likely be no charge for the repair. We dropped off the car. They correctly diagnosed and fixed the leak, but when they called to say the car was ready, the bill was $71.00. Express service took almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Driving home all the settings on warnings and other items that were set by me over time were erased and the screens to indicate my speed and such were erased with a message to set my preferences. I spent a good 45 minutes trying to do that using the manual when I got home and still couldn't get them the way they were in all cases. Terrible!
Absolutely terrible service. Beyond unprofessional and extremely overpriced. Took my car to a nearby shop and got it repaired for half the price that they have quoted me. I strongly advise anyone who is considering getting repairs here to get a second opinion.
If it wasn't so expensive to change a light bulb, ($35 service charge), I could be happy to have work done there. Instead I just shake my head and say, never again.
They scratched up my car, and I had to fight to get them to fix it. The car wash that came with the oil change left large portions undone.
PETE WAS VERY HELPFUL. IN AND OUT IN 2.5 HOURS. EVERYONE WAS PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.
