The quality of their work is good and their prices are on average of what others quoted. The problem I ran into was a lack of communication. I ultimately went with Big Bully because of the stellar reviews from here on Yelp and they were offering 12months no interest payments. That was just the start of my less than spectacular experience. Mike and his crew at Big Bully Turf were excellent to work with very meticulous and courteous and everything was cleaned up and extremely beautiful lawn. I highly recommend them and they handle all the paperwork with SNWA for your rebate and they get you as much of a discount as possible.
Quentin Was always on time, very thorough, and knowledgeable. He listened to our wants and needs and also had his own suggestions and ideas. Out of all the appointments I had this turf looked like the most durable and highest quality. That is the main reason I went with this company.
