Horrible service. Under staffed and the ones they do have are too damn lazy. You can literally be the only person there, and they won't attend to you. Was standing 5-10 min to be seated and no one would come so I tried to help myself to a table and every single booth was dirty, the whole restaurant is dirty as hell. Would not recommend it to anyone. And if by some miracle they happen to take your order, be ready to wait 45+ min even though your the only one there.

TWO FOR ONE WINGS (BONE-IN AND BONELESS) IS A SCAM. I went on Tuesday 9/7/2021 and ordered 50 piece boneless wings to get 100. I was charged $70.00 when the regular menu price is $46.50 for the 50 piece. The regional manager informed me that I paid for the option of getting bone-in or beneless, they automatically charge you for the bone- in price(they don't have this posted anywhere)

This location is absolutely awesome!!! I like my wings cooked to perfection and this is the only place in town that does so consistently. The manager James ensures that the service is outstanding and is constantly working the floor to make sure all customers are taken care of professionally. I go to this restaurant for the food and service, while passing several others to get there for the total experience.

I've always like this location, but was extremely disappointed on my last visit. We didn't wait as much to get seated. We ordered an appetizer with our drinks, a Pepsi and a Miller Lite. The Pepsi came out first and it was completely flat, it tasted horrible. I told our waiter and asked to changed it for a Dr. Pepper, and ordered our food. Customer service was 4/10 Server would not stop "trying" to be funny after server attempt at a joke. Food was 6/10 The wings was crispy, but not at all flavorful. We asked for spicy ranch fries and received regular waffle fries. Conclusion 5/10 We gave her a credit card to pay for our meal. She attempted to be funny again by slaughtering my girlfriend name. Very poor service from the moment our party of 8 walked in. It took 5 minutes for someone to even assist us. There was a bit of a wait which is expected for a larger party. An older man with a red shirt very nicely let us know about the wait, told us to have a seat, told us he would come get us-very good customer service from him. Always great wings, cheese blocks, and chili cheese fries!! Come see T, she is very courteous, attentive, and will bring out different flavors of wing sauce for you to try. Astros vs Detroit and Pacers vs Clippers tonite!!! Yee yee!!!!

This place has the worst customer service! It's also not clean. The hostess was wearing mask below his nose. The manager just walks around acting like he cared but busy getting on staff about other crap. Overall our experience was horrible and doubt we will ever go back! Improve your service, people! Improve it and stop hiring these dumb kids!
