Decent wing place. Stopped here fresh off the plane from NY. We were hungry enough to eat McDonald's. We were glad we came here. Kinda empty on Wednesday night. No bread or chips and salsa complimentary was a negative. Kids' meal portions were miniscule another negative. Waitresses were OK. Onion rings and dip were exceptional. Everytime we come it's not very busy. This time we came in only one other table in the building with us. We ordered our drinks took 20 minutes just to receive those. Didn't ask what size beer when we ordered and brought this huge mug with a hair right on the glass! Food was good wings were huge but service lacked. Hopefully this place gets better.
I love their wings. Comfortable to just hang out with family. The waitstaff is very friendly.
Went for their Sunday deal. The boneless wings were meaty and juicy! Great price and service.
Big City Wings was AMAZING! Our server was Travis definitely one of a kind customer service! Me and my girlfriend ordered the chicken avocado egg rolls and the Al Pastor Quesadilla. Definitely would be back! Now that I know appetizers are 1/2 off on Fridays after 9pm! Great atmosphere for the family or friends.

Service was good and the food was Is what you would expect from a wing place, similar to a BWW. However, the beer here is a much better value!
Very disappointed in our experience today with our order. We arrived early for our pick up and did as instructed and advised the online service we were there to pick up. After waiting for over 15 minutes, we finally called and our food was brought out. All of our food was cold and the fries, not fresh. It was very disappointing as they were not busy at all. I even paid for things I didn't get! So frustrating!
