We came to eat here on Friday evening, 7/12. My husband and I were looking for food since a lot of places are still without power. Service was awful. The phone rings off the hook and no one would answer it not even the manager. The manager kind of walked around aimlessly as the ship was sinking. It was $5 margarita night and I was charged $9.50 for basically lemonade. The food is great and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars.

We visited your establishment today and our server Micheal was excellent, he made sure we were well taken care of and I will be back. Hopefully he can be our server again!

The waiter didn't have the best attitude, but that's not even the main point whoever worked as a manager this night was absolutely awful. The waiter even slightly expressed and understood my frustration with him. It's the NBA CONFERENCE FINAL and he decides to put on a REGULAR season Astros game on the big screen that no one is watching and when I request to change it, he just say "No" and walks away. Delicious food and always fresh! Always on point!! Staff is attentive and friendly. Sports always on display and on multiple televisions. Come enjoy a good meal and watch a game.

The service ruins the food and experience. There is a waitress that goes by the name Kelly that makes us feel very uncomfortable when dining in...She turns and leaves when you're mind sentence...it makes one feel disrespected and unheard. Which it shows because our order was wrong.... the first time we thought she was just nervous so we've gone back hoping to get a different server or hoping she will be more respectful but it's the same every time. Customer Service is a reoccurring issue here. If you want a rude server, this is your spot. It's very unfortunate because the food is good. It is pricey as well, I just don't think for the extreme low customer service, and entire ambiance of the building- it isn't worth it. Waffles are good. Again, sad, because I want to eat here, but I don't want to subject myself to being treated so poorly as a customer. I do appreciate management when it's brought up, but it doesn't change the previous experience, unfortunately.

The service was great, very friendly. Onion rings are phenomenal. The chicken and waffles is huge. Waffle fries are really well done. Everything was great!

I have been going here for years and the food is always the best. I specifically go on Wednesdays for the $8 burgers. It's probably my favorite burger of all time especially because of the sourdough bun. The waffle fries are great as well. A few years ago this place was always packed but im usually the only person there or a few others. A manager noticed I came every Wednesday and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer!
