If I could give them no stars I would! The manager Steve was so professional! We got our food before our drinks the crawfish was sooo little and nasty and they was charging 9.99 a pound. My kids food was so nasty they didn't even eat it. When we completed all Steve said was " well it's not our fault your kids didn't eat" my kids didn't eat before the burgers was over cooked. First time at Big City, came here based on a review by Alison Cook in the newspaper. Glad we came! The chili cheddar burger was cooked medium perfectly and the potato wedges were hot and crispy. Partner had burger with sweet potato waffle fries were nice and crispy. Onion rings for a appetizer were a huge crispy pile with a delicious sauce for dipping. Restaurant was clean and tidy. I've been coming to this locations for years on 2 for1 Tuesdays. I have always enjoyed their traditional wings, and today I tried their boneless wings which were also advertised as 2 for 1. When looking at the menu prices I noticed the boneless wings were listed as $12.50/10 while the traditional wings were listed as $16.50/10 so I decided to give the boneless wings a try. This place is OK. It's basically a smaller version of a Buffalo Wild Wings, but the food isn't quite as good and the place isn't quite as clean as you would expect. It was not busy either time I have been. Sat at the bar both times, and the bar was sticky both times. Beer is cold, it's hard to beat their Saturday bud light pitcher special. 34oz draft prices are reasonable even outside of their happy hour/beer special times. I have eaten at this location multiple times in the last few years. They have a high turnover in people. Their wings and other food are usually above average, service however is very spotty. Went this past Sunday and was served within a reasonable amount of time. Several other groups or couples were there. We were checked on a couple of times. Then things got weird. Given the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect but my experience here was a good one. The wings were crispy and flavorful, appetizers were hot and fresh and the service was pleasant and attentive. Several screens to catch multiple games and the volume was at an appropriate level. Will definitely frequent this location for my beer and wings crave.
