Noto to be confused with Bad, Sh**ty Wings, which is much less enjoyable. Big City Wings has really good wings but I wouldn't recommend ordering the other food because we're not crazy about it. The service is excellent, and by Houston standards these are some of the best wings around. Having lived in Buffalo however, it would get more like a two-star than a four-star were it up there.
Came here on Sunday with a group of 8 to watch the Astros game. Waitress was nice when we asked her to change the game for us, but that was the only time. When it came down to order she was rude and made unnecessary comments. We waited quite a while for our food, but we didn't mind much since we were watching the game, mind you there was only 2 other people in the restaurant at the time. Always hit or miss here. Mostly a miss. Managers come and go but it doesn't seem like it's getting better. Tonite 23rd of may. Food was cold, service was slow only 3 people working. I had to ask "manager" on duty for check. And got it 15 min later. There is no leadership in this place and my butt keeps coming here. Does this company care for customers or even making money? And then didn't even get a thank you.
A couple of us girls came in for lunch on a week day. Was pretty quiet so we were greeted and told we could sit anywhere so that was nice. The tables could've been cleaned a bit better but no biggie. We ordered the 10' piece combo each and i tried the spicy lemon pepper and a recommended flavor that was the goldfever. Service was great and food came out pretty fast. Would visit again
The food saved this review. The service was slow but luckily the food was awesome! I think there was one waitress being a hostess, bartender, and waitress. We waited a long time for drinks and sodas and give our order. Never got refills until our meal was done. She was trying so hard but the food that came out was awesome. I only got a picture of my wings a 10 piece traditional extra hot garlic Parmesan. 16$ for 10 wings is a little steep for smaller wings.
If I could give 0 stars I would... The service is absolute Trash! I sat at the bar on Monday when the beer is half priced. I got there at around 2:30PM. When I got the tab it was incorrect as I was charged full price for all of my drinks. I asked the bartender if I could speak with the manager José (who I could see sitting in the office doing nothing). The bartender returned and said that the manager can't do anything. First time here This place is excellent our waitress Jules was very friendly and attentive she took our order right away didn't have to wait great place to come and have lunch
