At the most basic level, a restaurant should get your order right. Or, make up for it with sincere and appropriate customer service. This place routinely does neither.

Amazing food, WAY better than Buffalo Wild Wings or WingStop. Better price than any of their competitors either. They accidentally gave me bone-in wings instead of boneless one time, and emailed me an apology as well as a free 10 piece boneless wing to make it up to me! I greatly enjoy Big City Wings and go at least once a week!!

Do not come!!! Was waiting over 20 mins for a server to get our drinks! We ordered an appetizer and still didn't get our drinks till our meal came! The waiter was so rude while taking our order and came back 20 mins later to ask us for our order AGAIN. Bad service

Got my food very quick server annastaysha was outstanding she help me figure out what I wanted being I haven't been here before !!! It was slow which to me cuz with the food and great customer service this place should be packed !!! Manager James check on us providing us with a special menu to take home n be able to order to go !!!!!

I ordered a hickory burger M. Rare and onion rings. The burger was OVER well done, the bun was burnt, the fries were cold and the onion rings were soggy, cold and greasy. It was disgusting. NEVER, I repeat NEVER eat at or order from Big City Wings. I just hope I don't get diaherra from what little I tried.

Definitely recommend this location, excellent service. I recommend Walter he is a great server always on top of his tabs and making sure his customers are well taken care of. 5 stars for me that man deserves a raise in love with his energy and hard work.

The food was undercooked and I still paid full price for the entire bill for eating all of 5 wings of 20. I was disgusted by the entire experience. Do better!

The young man at the front named Jordan was super friendly and made great conversation it's me while I was waiting for my food. His manners were extremely well rounded. He sold me on many items on your menu. Specifically the Ranch Water. He was extremely helpful in guiding me through the menu to place my order.

This place was absolutely amazing! The staff were so nice and caring my meal was accidentally messed up and the manager stephany was so helpful and eager to make sure all was fixed and taken care of! We were also greeted by William at the front door who also took out order and he was super helpful new alot about the menu and didn't hesitate to get us help when the meal was messes up accidentally. I will most certainly come back here hands down the nicest service yet!
