The food is amazing our server was very sweet. She recommended items to try on the menu and they were equally as delicious. We learned that they even serve mixed drinks that are affordable and not watered down. I think it's much better than the Brewings or Buffalo Wild wings because they aren't tiny sized. Will definitely be back soon.
I frequent several big city wings on a regular basis. My service is usually mediocre at best. I was recently at the jones rd location and our server Jaelin blew us away! She gave the best service I have received out of any of the locations I've been at. She was so attentive to all of our needs, and I admit my social circle can be a bit picky. I've been coming here for awhile and this is a great place. Havnt been here for awhile but decided to stop by for lunch and met the new bartender Chelsea and her purple hair. I totally dig it and shes super cool. Made for a fun lunch. This is what I was needing to make my Monday better. I'll be looking to see what she has in store for me next visit.
Great wings, great service and a wide variety of choices on the menu. Loved the food, as well as the atmosphere.

i had a great time mw wife and 2 kids did as well. we knew nothing abt this place and used the welp app to find some were new and we chose here. and it was a great idea everyone was cool the knew black dude was funny and did a hell of a job!!!! food was awsome and the wait wasnt long thanks guys we will be back. oh and we got a free appetizer for using the welp app hell yea!
It wasnt anything special, the wings were decent. One big complaint is the staff, they were lazy, unprofessional and even ignored customers at times. I went there around 2 PM and I was standing at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone even tried to help me. The place was literally empty by the way
After several recommendations, I finally decided to check out Big City Wings. I called in a to go order but when I arrived it wasn't ready so I took advantage of their 3 dollar Long Island Ice Tea deal. Hadn't had one in a while. Chug it and it was not bad. Not even super house liquory. I ordered the Gold Fever wings with Lemon pepper topping and they were amazing! The potato wedges were great also but them wings
Our family outing was a great experience. Service was awesome. Food was awesome and the price not bad either for the food. We will definitely be back.
