I have dealt with Hank since 2002.The water softener he builds is top grade. Both times I've called him in the past 16 years, he is always available, and never rushes the conversation. One of the "Big" pluming companies wanted close to $5K to replace Hank's system. I called him and it was less that $100 and it is as good as new. Hank and his team were very professional and got the work done extremely fast. My wife and I are very happy with the water softener as it makes a big difference every day.
Bio Tech sent out a knowledgeable technician who took the time to address several issues (ie. leak, replacement parts, back-wash timer, salt ratio, etc.) with our RO and softener. What a relief this could all be done in one visit! Thanks Bio Tech!
