Long time fan, essential service for dental practices
What do you like best?
Birdeye makes getting reviews easy and great - and getting them on the platforms that mean the most. The proces
s is automated, and they entire system works seamlessly.
What do you dislike?
There's nothing I dislike. There have been a few times review requests weren't going out, but that wasn't necessarily their fault, and they worked hard to resolve the issue.

Do your due diligence in choosing how you want your business seen!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Reviews are essential elements of doing business today. Without reviews, your business will suffer, as people need reassurance from other people (just like in this review) before choosing a product or service. Most other marketing efforts pale in comparison to have great reviews.

Online Reputation of our offices has increased and helped us to grow the businesses. Getting reviews is very easy with this tool. Patients can review with their cell phones.

Great experience for our brand and company
What do you like best?
Alisha is a rock star! She has been so helpful in the process of getting us set up, team members educated on the platform,
and answering my nonstop stream of questions. We've seen our properties overall rating increase significantly over the past few weeks with the Birdeye platform. The CMS is very user friendly and easy to work with. Overall, very pleased with our experience.
What do you dislike?
We've only been working with the product for a few weeks, so far no complaints!
Recommendations to others considering the product
I didn't realize that follow up "reminders" were being sent so frequently, or in a short time frame, I'd recommend only sending one reminder and to space it out longer as to not annoy the receiver.

Working to improve properties reputation on social sites and overall public reputation.

We are the leader in the field of home accessibility because Birdeye allows our happy customers to share what we do and our unhappy customers can give their input and get everything fixed.
Birdeye has helped us monitor all the review sites on the internet, and find reviews that we need to improve. They have also helped us add new locations and grow. At every step, the tools have been easy to use and have helped us get a great reputation and additional sales as we stand out from our competitors. Even as they grow, we have been able to talk to the leaders of the company and the original employees that we have gotten to know. Thank you Birdeye.
What do you dislike?
They have grown to be the one of the largest providers in this area. You have to ask for a dedicated customer service rep, but they will give you one if you ask. We like the personal attention.

I have been working with Birdeye for about a year. I like there system for acquiring reviews from multiple different review sites. I received good customer service from this company and they are the most reasonably priced platform I have talked with. I worked with demandforce for about a year and Birdeye in my opinion offers a superior service for about $100 less per month. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is that my landing page does not rank really well with my automotive repair keywords. We have the Birdeye badge with reviews on our website so there is value in that feature but I wish the landing page was ranking better. Birdeye...If you can get my organic rank for my landing page up higher for the automotive keywords I will change this review to a five star review. Over all I have been a satisfied customer and believe the service that Birdeye offers is valuable and their prices are very reasonable and competitive. more »

Ability to receive 'not recommended' reviews directly to address problem internally rather than have it show up in
