Results speak volumes-you get what you pay for!
What do you like best?
Ease of use, gets results, tech support is the difference-much thanks to our rep Adam. Our rep is always available an
d is able to understand our issues and relay to his team so we get answers and solutions--not excuses and delays. Communication is key and they knock it out of the park on tech support.
What do you dislike?
With their continuous updating and making the product the leader of the industry they could give better heads ups an new features.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Do not price be a deciding factor. You will not be disappointed the results and the results assist you in retention which allows you time to grow your client base.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
For our customers we provide an automated way to manage their online presence with minimal input which allows them to concentrate on their business.
The number one problem in the industry is retention of the client--their results make that easy for us to retain a great percent of customers than other platforms we have used. No selling customers twice.

Excellent Solution for Our Clients
What do you like best?
One of the best things about BirdEye is that even though it's feature-rich, it's incredibly easy to use. From set-up to
monitoring to website integration, BirdEye really delivers everything you could need in an review management platform. Not only does it help build our client's online reputation and significantly increase organic SEO, it also helps us get in front of and respond to negative sentiments before they cause a disruption to the business. We researched a lot of companies and determined BirdEye more than exceeded our criteria in a review management platform.
What do you dislike?
Doesn't play nice with Yelp, though it's more of a case of Yelp not playing nice with others.

Talk to Director of Channel Sales, Adam DesAutels for an thorough, informative, overview of what the platform can do to significantly help drive positive reviews and greatly increase your online reputation on major review sites like Google, Facebook and many, many more. After speaking with Adam, you'll be as convinced as we were!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our clients are mostly small business owners trying to establish a foothold in their respective industry. We use the BirdEye platform to help them bolster and improve their online reputation. Because review solicitation with BirdEye is easy from both an administration and an end-user standpoint, it is the ideal solution for our clients who do not have a lot of time (or a large staff) to request and follow-up for much needed reviews.
Our clients have embraced the platform and found their online reputation soar. They love BirdEye's SMS solution for an "in the moment" response from their customers, which results in significantly higher conversions.
In addition, many clients tell us BirdEye facilitates follow-up dialogue with their customers that helps them gain referrals, sell additional products and services, and greatly improves customer loyalty.

At the moment, I would say that BE souls listen and respond quicker to the needs of resellers who are introducing innovative ways of utilizing open API'S

Amazing Results with Birdeye
What do you like best?
Adam and the team at Birdeye have worked extremely hard to provide it's partners with both an amazing product and amazing customer
support. Anytime there have been issues with my clients or their accounts, they have been quick to respond and remedy the situation. In addition to great support, the product itself is much better than anything I have seen on the market. They've managed to build a review platform that helps businesses not only GET reviews but also (and maybe more importantly), MARKET those reviews online. The user interface is simple, the features are abundant, and it works very well for all of our clients. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Adam and the team at Birdeye for many more years!
What do you dislike?
We've had some issues with integration, however, those are few and far between. Overall, 99% of our clients are happy with us and with Birdeye.

Fantastic option for monitoring and improving online reputation
What do you like best?
As a healthcare corporation with 25 facilities, it is quite a task to monitor the online reputation o
f all Ernest Health facilities. I love that the Birdeye platform will send me a daily roll-up of all facilities that received reviews. Our Directors of Marketing and Business Development have also talked about how much they appreciate receiving review alerts and notifications from Birdeye for their respective facilities.
What do you dislike?
I worry that some of our employees don't use the site as much as they could, because the amount of features offered on the dashboard can be overwhelming.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Through the Birdeye app we have learned that there are areas needing improvement in terms of our online reputation on some sites. We are working to pilot review solicitation with Birdeye to help capture a higher volume of positive reviews and park/address the negative ones before they land on a review site.

What do you like best?
BirdEye has developed a user-friendly, flexible solution that can be tailored to meet our sp
ecific needs. I especially like that we could make our invitation to post a review short, conversational and direct.
What do you dislike?
I'd love it if the process could have the built-in intelligence to re-order our chosen review site links to help spread reviews evenly across the 3 sites. However, I've not yet verified if this functionality is readily available.
Recommendations to others considering the product
To speed your implementation, be sure to have a quick, seamless hand-off from the Sales team to the Account Management team. Both teams perform their function well and you will benefit if they collaborate on your behalf early-on in your relationship.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The vast majority of our customers are very satisfied. But like most busy people, they won't take the time to post a positive review unless we make it fast and simple. This is the key hurdle that BirdEye has overcome for us. Now, in addition to the few dissatisfied customers who've invested their time and energy to tell others their story, we're able to tell a more fair and balanced overall story about our company.

Birdeye is revolutionary!
What do you like best?
Birdeye has exceeded our expectations in providing a best in class system for organizing, responding, and tracking reviews. We researched f
or almost a year with a strict set of non-negotiables that we needed in a social media/reputation management software. We love that Birdeye gives us the ability to monitor trends over specific periods of time. Our franchisees have fallen in love with the instant alerts, too!
What do you dislike?
Birdeye doesn't provide a content calendar where we could schedule out posts across multiple social media platforms.

Be up front with the needs that you have so that they can make adjustments - they have an expert engineering team that can adapt the product to your needs!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our franchisees are very busy running restaurants and don't have time to keep track of all the places where reviews are generated. We are also surprised with how necessary Birdeye's partnership with Yext is - they have fixed our presence (address, phone number, etc) across many sites we weren't even aware of!

I love this service so far, for what I wanted with my business. I wish price was better.
Pros: I like the fact that they filter negative reviews before they reach major search engines. This was
a major drawback in the prior service I was using. This way I still get to hear the client's cause of dissatisfaction and address the issue directly with them, rather than having to explain myself on the search engines.
Cons: I wish they would offer more services like appointment scheduling, confirmations, website management and optimization etc so that I could have everything in one place instead of paying different companies to manage different things.
Overall: Receive more reviews for my business that go directly to search engines.

I love the way this company is soliciting Reviews from our patients both emails and texts. Also, I like the fact that they ask patient to go directly to the relevant platform to review service rather than our reviews just sitting at Bird eye platform. They also help me filter out the negative reviews and addressing the issue directly with the patient and help them out with whatever displeased them. more »

Game changing product. Finally a product that actually gets online reputation
Pros: After countless hours wasted on our own efforts trying to obtain reviews, we gave into Birdeye. Why did we wai
t so long!!! We love it because it works! We saw instant results and the features do exactly what they told me it would. Super user friendly so anyone can learn with minimal training.
Cons: We would love for it to interface with our medical EMR without having to get a third party involved. We need it to be automated so we aren't manually uploading every 48 hours.
