Great Product Pros: Birdeye is very easy to use and integrates with all of our channels. Cons: There is nothing I dislike. Everything I have used in the platform has had a positive impact.

Review Management Pros: The automated responses are customized and automatically deployed based on responses. Cons: Not connected to yelp so you will be alerted to a yelp review, but no automated response will be sent. Must log into yelp in order to respond. Overall: Platform is fairly easy to use. If you have issues, your account rep will generally be able to help you or set you up with support that can assist.

BirdEye is a game changer for reputation management. Overall, my experience with Birdeye has been a great one. The culture of the team at Birdeye matches their mission. Birdeye PROS GREAT customer service - every time! Esasy to use CONS The reviews don't belong to me. If I leave Brideye all my reviews disappear VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Mary Jo, we are happy to hear that you have been receiving "GREAT" customer service! Just to clarify that the reviews do belong to you and your business. :) Only on the Birdeye profile page is where you will see Birdeye reviews be deactivated if you choose to deactivate our services. They will not disappear. We just remove the page from the web but if you were to reactivate then we'll turn the page back on and all the reviews will be there. Now any reviews you generate to Google or other third party sites will always stay up there even if you leave Birdeye. Those reviews belong to your company and third party sites, so Birdeye has no control or ownership of those. Support was Above and Beyond 100% happy birdeye customer, look forward to growing my business and partnership with birdeye PROS I loved the features, but I was hesitant at the beginning because of the learning curve, but Birdeye assigned me [SENSITIVE CONTENT], and man, he really took his time and was always available to answer any questions I had. That made my decision to go with Birdeye a good decision for me, as I was afraid of not dedicating the time needed to learn it. Now that I understand the software, its a beautiful tool! I recommended it 100% CONS if I had to say something, I'd say the switching of customer accounts could be a lil bit quicker, but besides that the platform is grat and steady REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE [SENSITIVE CONTENT], keep in touch with me, and his timing was great when I decide to move forward.Never give up! Birdeye Review PROS I like being able to easily send out review requests and have reminders automatically sent out. It's great that I can offer users the option to leave a review on a variety of platforms. The customer service was great, helping me to find a better way of accomplishing my goals through this platform! CONS I struggled a bit when I first started using this, trying to figure out the reporting system but it seems to have everything I need! VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Patricia! Awesome! Birdeye is Awesome I am hoping to grow our reviews and therefore grow our presence and finally get the recognition we have worked so hard for. With Birdeyes help I am hoping to triple our customer base. PROS Everything is in one place & So far the staff has been extremely helpful in helping me get set up. CONS Honestly, I do not have any cons as of right now. REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE A lot of comparison sites that list pros and cons fell in your favor. I went with my gut ultimately. Simple communication with customers BirdEye is user-friendly, it integrates with Rent Manager to be able to identify specific triggers to send survey requests, all data can be managed in one dashboard in a very organized way, the support team is friendly and professional in every call/email I have received. PROS BirdEye has a lot of feature that help communicate with customers and manage all the reviews from different pages on one dashboard. The webchat/receptionist feature creates a simple way of communication via text that saves time answering questions for multiple people at a time. CONS We would love to have an automatic schedule setting to turn ON/OFF the webchat on the website to prevent having customers contacting us out of the business hours. VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Camila! Easy on the Eyes Set up was a breeze with Niladri. He took the time to go through each feature and asked for our thoughts, opinions & questions along the way. The program is easy to use & somewhat self-explanatory once set up! PROS It's very easy to change settings/set up. Self-explanatory in terms of the product making sense of where to look within the program for what. Very simple set up that has complex data reporting. CONS Nothing at the moment, but we did just go live today! REASON FOR CHOOSING BIRDEYE We had a procedure in place already where internally we responded to reviews. Birdeye has worked for reputation This has been a good tool in engaging patients and getting patients more involved in the practice PROS Works well with getting reviews with patients. Birdeye Review Requests It’s always been good. I would say they’re an excellent company. PROS The ease of use which is a mandatory for all of us that aren’t computer savvy. CONS There are occasional glitches that require customer support. That’s to be expected with any computer software. The thing I like most and is most impressive is the excellent customer support.They truly are on your side and there to fix it and make it right.The best part is that they always fix it and get it right.When things go this smooth it’s a testament to the outstanding management. Review management is great Great experience. Communication with patients is very fast and simple. PROS Management of reviews is critical and birdeye is very user friendly. Chat bot has been critical because it increases patient retention CONS Direct feedback feature needs a new set up. It can be confusing to patients. VENDOR RESPONSE Hi Shervin!
