Our Rep was great at explaining everything in terms we could understand without talking "down" to us. He clearly showed us how to navigate and make sure we had correct notes before closing the ticket.

Himanshu was very helpful. The issue was with a non-client leaving a "review" that appeared to be an ad for credit score improvement. I would have liked to find out I couldn't take care of that myself a bit easier...I searched the Support Center first!
