The situation seemed to resolve itself. So, some of the questions don't apply. The Birdeye representative was very helpful and responsive.
The customer service person took care of our issue. Although the one I spoke to yesterday didn’t not. I would really like someone at birdeye to find a way so that the pictures that appear on Facebook rotate among several different choices. I hate that it’s the same picture that pops up every time. I think that once a person sees an image once, they don’t check that post again. When people keep seeing the same picture pop up they likely aren’t reading the reviews over and over.
