    "Easy all-in-one platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye makes it easy to sort reviews and surveys all in one. It is easy to navigate, and the team is quick to help with any issues. I like that it has a separate algorithm that creates categories and topics based on specific keywords. The monthly meetings allow us to address all questions, and the team has been great with communication. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The downside is that the analytics for reviews and surveys are split, and we can't see them all at once. It would be helpful if there were a way to combine both. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have to send a daily report for all team members. It is easy for individuals to log in and review analytics that pertains to them. We are receiving more reviews, and we are responding to them quicker and more efficiently. The automated messages allow us to have a better response rate on different platforms.

    Great Company Pros: The ease of use and functionality. Our remote scheduling team loves it! Cons: Some of our remote scheduler experience delayed notifications. Overall: We began the use of Birdeye during Covid. It was a wonderful alternative to having dental schedulers in office. We have built an entire remote scheduling department using the software.

    "Very Easy to Use & Helpful Review Management Tool" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that I can see all Facebook, Google My Business, and Yelp pages in one place. My company has 47 locations so this very helpful. What do you dislike about Birdeye? No fault of Birdeye but the integration with Yelp isn't as good as it is with Google My Business. It is tedious to keep switching between Yelp accounts to respond to a review Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: The team at Birdeye is great! They respond to all questions, concerns, and problems very quickly. The platform is simple to use and helpful for managing reviews across many retail locations. Having templates to choose how to respond to reviews saves time and somewhat automates the process. I say go for it! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving community management and customer service issues with Birdeye. It helps us gauge the sentiment of our customers and find ways that we can improve the customer experience from start to finish.

    "Couldn't Be Happier!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye's user experience is seamless, intuitive, and efficient, and the reporting is robust. Plus, they're continually innovating and rolling out new value-add features, often at no additional cost, and their customer support team is second-to-none. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Their automated reporting could be better, but I don't dislike it currently - I just wish it were more customizable. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Negotiate additional features at no cost (like the referrals tab/insights tab, etc.) by signing multi-year contracts! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Monitoring customer satisfaction and managing our digital reputation to help build trust for our brand, optimize our digital presence, and learn actionable insights about our business.

We continuously hear from our members who open an account or loan and the feedback has overall been positive since implementing Birdeye.

    "All-in-One platform for a good price!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The dashboard is pretty complete and straightforward. But if I have to say what I like best, I would say the implemented live chat. Transfering a customer to the different departments is beautiful and made the experience faster and more straightforward. What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far, so good. Everything at the moment is working well. I had never experienced any issue. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Birdeye on our furniture store website. We solve customers' questions about products, delivery, or availability using the live chat features. Also, we are using the messages for marketing purposes. And more of the features we use daily for our business.

    "Amazing" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has helped our business grow over a period of time. I like that whenever I have a question, someone is always there to answer my questions. Someone is always willing to walk me through their dashboard and expain how to extract the data that I need to get the most out of the platform. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is an awesome platform. If you use it correctly, you will definitely see your numbers grow in some form or fashion. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye helps our business in multiple ways. It's automation system is user friendly. It saves our business time and man-power. As a result, helps us save money. Their campaigns are giving us the benefit of reaching our patients all at once for multiple reasons. Again, saves us time and money.

Customer service, platform review & response methods for multiple locations we have, metrics on improvement, technology implementation, recommendations for improvement regularly reviewed with some expectation of adding the functionality we want. Excellent! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Message review functionality, chat limitations that do not integrate with our current systems. Overall not many complaints because the platform does what we expect! Anything else is a bonus. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are receiving greater quantity and quality reviews, including text messaging functionality that has allowed us to mitigate negative public reviews.

    "The support is timely and relevant. I feel like help is always quickly available to me." What do you like best about Birdeye? I love being able to see all my reviews in one place. Running reports are accessible, and I love knowing at a glance who is following up on their reviews. I also like how many other avenues I can pursue and not learn antoher software. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish they integrated with my CRM Software. It would be nice to have online leasing and reputation management through one software system instead of having two different vendors. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: The software is pretty easy to use, and there are tons of tools to make automation easy to set up. I love that I can set up grammatically correct templates and reflect our companies voice, no matter who is responding. I would recommend expanding the product base and using Birdeye more. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are automating our review responses to make it easier for our managers to keep with the process. I love being able to automate something so our managers can deal with whatever their day brings. I also love being able to create templates and make sure our voice is consistent throughout all of our channels.

    "Best in class support. Fantastic results. Great overall value!" What do you like best about Birdeye? We use Birdeye for member reviews, list management, reputation management, and SMS/mobile marketing. In the time I've worked with them, I've found their support team to be highly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They've gone above and beyond even to export member review analytic reports on our behalf. They also always keep us aware of their product roadmap initiatives. The overall customer experience has been nothing short of excellent. The platform itself is user-friendly. We love the ability to monitor our reputation across all digital channels, all managed within one platform. We're provided with real-time access to member feedback and instant email notification, making it simple to respond quickly to every review received. I highly recommend Birdeye to any business large or small in need of a robust review management platform. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The only concern we've experienced has to do with analytics reporting. We struggled to obtain any solid text message post-campaign metrics that we could share with our executives. And although we are able to obtain member review analytics, it takes time to massage the data in a way that we can present it to our senior leadership team. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Specific to member reviews, the greatest problem we're solving with Birdeye is addressing all of our member feedback inquiries online in real-time. We're never missing an opportunity to respond to a positive or negative experience, which allows us to significantly improve our brand reputation score, a huge benefit to us. Specific to our initial member text campaign we deployed last month, this was a good learning experience. We'll need to work more closely with our account management team to ensure we address any potential analytic roadblocks ahead of our next text campaign deployment. But the greatest benefit was the seamless implementation and the ability to reach out to our members in a digital channel that we've never explored before. It was such a great way to connect with our members, eliciting a much higher open/engagement rate than any other marketing channel we've seen before.

    "Birdseye is useful and easy to navigate. They make marking for you brand painless" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the easily automated review responses and the quickness of the messaging with clients. We also enjoy seeing all of our social media accounts come together in one space to make management more effortless. I also love the constant contact with the Birdseye representative assigned to our account. For us specifically, Neha has been outstanding, and we appreciate how she is there to help and answer any questions. Everything is always over a video so they are able to walk you through step-by-step so you are able to see where to go and what to do. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish it were slightly easier to bulk upload contacts. The Excel Doc can prove difficult when trying to work with an office system and the contact information needed. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Working on Patient communication and that Birdseye helps us keep in contact 24/7 with our patients. It's nice that we have to availability to be in constant contact. Reviews really make or break a company and its been great to get higher number of reviews for our site in our area. It has helped our name be the first to pop up in searches and we are always getting new patients.

    "Birdeye has by far exceeded are expectations!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The simplicity of the platform and the breadth of reporting/features. The campaign setup is intuitive and easy to execute, and it delivers as promised. The service level has been one of the strongest for any new vendor. We are currently using a portion of their full offerings, but will absolutely look to add on additonal tools based on intial sucess. What do you dislike about Birdeye? So far haven't run into any undesirable aspects. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: We waited quite a few months before we decided to onboard their solution, and I wish we would have acted sooner. Results were beyond what we expected. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are making it easy for stores to drive reviews without putting extra time into coaching or following up with the retail staff to ask for a review. Reporting is expedited, saving valuable backend time.

    "Best Tool for Review Monitoring & Response with Expert Support that truly cares about your business!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The inbox feature is incredible, the reports, insights, I honestly cannot pick what I like the most as this is the most robust platform I have ever used, and it saves me SO much time. The BirdEye employees that serve as our company's designated support have been the most responsive, helpful, thoughtful, and educational representatives I have ever worked with when it comes to platform management. They identified our needs and goals and have helped us make the most out of BirdEye to meet and achieve them. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There are specific reports that I would love to be able to customize more than they currently allow. For example, month-over-month charts are not currently available. I also would like to be able to show our markets in alphabetical order when viewing reports. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: If you are considering switching to Birdeye - DO IT! Your company will not regret it. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? BirdEye has dramatically reduced response times to customer inquiries and has provided our customers with a direct line of communication to our company. Referrals and review generation is three times what it was before using BirdEye. Our reps have been absolute experts in helping us use the platform efficiently.

    "Birdeye Review" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is extremely helpful with filtering and organizing our businesses by location so we can track reviews, reports and insights in an easy to use fashion. We are able to track trending topics and filter through positive and negative. Birdeye organizes our reviews from all available platforms so we can easly respond to our guests. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We would like to see Birdeye come out with a feature so we can filter the reviews by the day, not just the week, month or year. We would love to be able to see our trending reivews, topics and keywords every Saturday for the last 3 months, for example. Otherwise, Birdeye has been very helpful. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Set up a monthly meeting with your Birdeye agent. It is very helpful to learn all Birdeye has to offer and new offers in the works. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We can easly track trends by filtering through key words or topics through our reviews. We are able to quickly address any positives and/or negatives with our teams in a timely manner. We are able to reach guests quickly and on multiple platforms so we can always have up to date information to provide each of our units.

    "Innovative and intuitive platform that makes reputation management a breeze!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The interface is easy to navigate, which streamlines the process and creates efficiency. This is a huge key for us as we have many other areas to focus on and manage. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't discovered anything negative at this point. Everything has been fairly intuitive and the support team at Birdeye has been excellent! They're willing to hop on calls to walk through everything and know the system inside and out! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Birdeye has made the task of getting and managing reviews simple and straightforward. The benefits are more reviews, better reviews and less time spent managing the process. Before Birdeye, there was no established process which led to less than desired results and frustration.

Always gets back to me in a timely manner whenever I have questions. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There's honestly nothing I would change about the BirdEye setup. It's working great for us. More and more of our customers have said they decided to make an appointment with us because of all the positive reviews they saw online.

Birdeye helps us keep in contact with our customers and also increases the likelihood of return customers. through this platform we are able to respond to customer's good and bad reviews, thus giving us capabilities to make and wrongs, right. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I do not see any downsides. Our success team is very helpful with anything we need. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? They also have multiples ways of reporting that show you your rating over time and traffic to your website. This platform allows us to have reviews connected to our GMB and Facebook accounts which is a huge asset because this is where customers go to look for reviews before deciding which company to use.

It has attracted more new customers to our business.

    "It’s been pretty good, the communication is good and they work really hard to meet our needs." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the smooth communication and needs being met. They do well representing the data. The people who work there make the experience a lot better because they put the time to make sure we get the results we want. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of any downsides; it's a great tool. The UI could be a little updated. I think the tools that are provided are pretty food but can use better explanations for the tools. That would probably make navigating the website a lot easier. But it is still pretty straightforward for me. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It's allowing us to see what people think about our company and the benefits of seeing that. Now that I know what the clients want, I can make changes to fit my client's needs.
