Just completed onboarding. Rimmy helped me out during the entire process and answered all my questions the second they came up. She was very thorough and gave me a great understanding of how to use the platform so we can implement it at our dealership.

Amazing service Pros: The fast and great service I was able to use the app so fast and after two min was able to finish set up new account Cons: To be honest I liked almost everything the only one small things is that hard to find the phone number

Was recommended Birdeye by a client that has had a positive experience for years now. Not far out of the onboarding process but they have been unbelievably accommodating and have made the entire process easier than I could’ve imagined. Birdeye’s interface is very user friendly and streamlined, and everyone I’ve dealt with from the Birdeye team has been knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Won’t hesitate to recommend Birdeye in the future.

Back then, I wrote about how professional, thorough, and pain-free my experience was. Fast forward to their stunning new location—it feels like stepping onto a 5th Avenue dental runway! 😄 From the moment I walked in, I felt like a movie star. During my procedure, I was pampered with a cozy blanket, protective eye wear, and headphones with music of my choice—comfort at every step. Dr. Elman greeted me with a warm handshake and a detailed explanation of the procedure. His calm professionalism and Maria’s supportive presence made all the difference. I even snapped a selfie with Dr. Elman and Maria to commemorate the experience—he was genuinely grateful I wanted to share their excellence with the world! I left their office feeling no pain and nothing but gratitude. Only wish Dr. Elman was a regular dentist! He’s truly AWESOME!

I love this product! They have modernized how we get reviews from customers. In only 3 months we have increased our reviews almost 70% compared to the last 12 years! The onboarding process is incredible and cant recommend this group of products any more. We use the social ai as well and we have seen amazing results on all of our social platforms
