I just completed the onboarding with Mayank Sharma. The process was very seamless, and he showed great patience and knowledge throughout. I’m hopeful that our purpose of connecting with Birdeye goes well.

Great product and a great company to work with. I've always liked Birdeye and the tools they provide business owners. I highly recommend Birdeye to business owners who are wanting to make that next step in generating more reviews with the help of AI technology.
I was not able to send new review request for 24 hours. the Birdeye format has changed and it updated without the ability to send reviews to new customers. As a guest on this app, Customer service notated that I would have to have it fixed/update by my direct admin. I have done so. and birdeye is working great again ! 24 hour update hurt , but birdeye is great all around for our company. 1 star .....back to 5 stars
So far I am very happy with Birdeye! They provided a 3 day introduction to their platform and I was totally impressed with the process and the service. My onboarding representative was amazing. Shout out to Paritosh!!! Professional, thorough and very patient. I am very excited about the future of my business thanks to Birdeye!

new patient i am at affordable dental solutions in Exeter, Pennsylvania. I had not been to dentist in a while, so i was nervous. My dad referred me here because he likes the entire crew - and i can see why! Trish is very gentle on the teeth cleaning and exam. And, like my dad says, Dr. Swann knows her teeth and attached anatomy. All very professional, and also a neat degree of merriness and lightness and interaction between the staff. Makes it seem not so medical, and, like for my dad, the outcome of a functioning mouth is going to be great!! Thank you very much:) Ben

I would recommend this company. They are very attentive. They make sure they follow through on any of their promises and they help you understand exactly what they’re doing and the staff are very knowledgeable and they all speak English.

My onboarding experience with BirdEye was incredible from start to finish. From our friendly sales rep, Emmerson, who didn’t pressure us at all into subscribing to the more expensive subscription - to our onboarding support/demo rep, Paritosh! BirdEye has been a company to work with. And a breath of fresh air after onboarding with so many other SaaS models solutions in the past that went.. not so great 😅
Great platform and training
A versatile email solution platformUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We use Klaviyo for our entire B2C marketing an communication platform. We use around 35 different software and many of them want to email different parts of data at different times. Our biggest challenge was coordinating all the different emails going out. Klaviyo allowed us to consolidate a lot of that into a single system.Pros - We are able to segment customers into separate email groups like B2B and B2C, as well as some VIPs -Being able to control all of the different inputs systems in one email chain is handy not overwhelming customers -seeing some metrics are helpful at timesCons - Setup is not very easy, its not so plug and play. Some options are confusing and not intuitive. -We feel like you need a dedicated email person to understand email best practices, Klaviyo does not hold your hand very well. -Some actions are unclear, when trying to set up an email or create a campaign.Likelihood to Recommend - It used to be a leader in the space, but they are adding all this extra software bloat and getting away from what they were really good at. The prices went up for elements that we don't want to use. Its still a good software but requires some setup and know how.Klaviyo Feature RatingsReturn on Investment - This had certainly made our email management easier for us, and a better customer experience. -Its not clear on how to use all the tags, so sometimes it shows all sorts of success on sales or sign ups - point here is that it requires some expert setup to get the most out of itSystems Integrated With - Shopify Plus -Typeform -Maverik AI -Octane - Very easy to integrate into a host of other softwareUnified Data - We don't really use much of the behavioral stuff, a lot of signups are used to increase first time customer engagement. - I would say Klaviyo is integral to the customer journey. We would be in a tight spot without it. I wish it was just more user friendly for non-email pros.Alternatives Considered - Intuit Mailchimp - We really don't like Intuit products, always overpriced. Mailchimp isnt bad, but Klaviyo solved our problems betterOther Software Used - Shopify Plus, Helium 10, Amazon Seller Central

Ashmita Sharma was a huge help and worked day and night to work out some pretty challenging integration issues successfully!
Birdeye is great. Very comprehensive tool set and thorough setup and training by Shraiya highly recommend.
Birdeye was easy to implement and within couple of weeks we were able to get great reviews from our patients and clients.
I finally decided to listen to my friends and get hearing aids. I went to the Griffin office, where Rynda took care of me. Her professionalism and knowledge were impeccable. I was skeptical for a few weeks, but I eventually got used to everything. The big test was to see if they worked at the Fox theatre. Finally, I was able to enjoy the play and hear clearly. Before, I was unable to hear the dialogue and words they were singing. Now I could really enjoy myself. I appreciate all the help from the Griffin office, especially Rynda and Tammy. Please go there if you are on the south side, and I guarantee you won't regret it.
