From first contact to implementation has been a great experience. The first gentleman who reached out to me was very patient and understanding of my busy schedule. I rescheduled on him multiple times and he never once lost his patience or got aggravated with me. The sales call went well and Birdeye had everything I was looking for. They were even willing to work on the price for me.. As a small family owned business, this was very important to me as I don’t have a huge marketing budget. Implementation and training with Rikita has been a great experience. All of the on boarding was easy to understand and the software is easy to use and I now feel like I have a great tool to help me with all the various side jobs of business owner has to do nowadays to maintain Presence online.
