Memorial Day morning. Place is very busy. Lots of people waiting and significantly understaffed. Cashier working as hostess. Both positions suffered. Food was decent. Healthy portions -typical of Black Bear Diners but service was inadequate. However did the scheduling dropped the ball by understaffing.
It was our first and last time for sure!!! It was bad from beginning to end and when we talked to the manager he seemed annoyed that we complained but he did give us half of our bill off but we literally didn't eat anything but our drinks so really we shouldn't have paid for anything but the drinks!
RecommendedWent here for the first time on my birthday and it was ok. 1-10 I would give it like a 4 only because The food tasted great. The wait time was about 20 Mins. Then the our waiter was very forgetful he seemed to forget the extra napkins and extra gravy we asked So i found a long pinkish blonde hair on my plate under the food.
