Is there a less than 1? 15 minute wait for a table that's acceptable. Then we're seated and totally ignored for another 15 minutes. At which point we told the manager we'd never be back and left. Every wait person plus manager walked by our table many times, never made eye contact, nothing. I finally snagged one and asked if the table had a wait person. Yes, she would send her over. Never happened. There are way too many restaurants in that area to be treated like this.

Would not recommend going to this location. I made an online order to be picked up 45 minutes after it was placed. I work across the street so I thought I would have plenty of time to get my lunch. I was made to wait when I arrived and was given the reason that they are just busy and they have not gotten around to it yet.....really? I was then told it would be 3 minutes....okay. First visit to a Black Bear Restaraunt and I will never go again solely because of the WORST SERVICE I have ever had. Every single person from beginning to end was awful. Such a shame since the food was awesome but the poor service ruined the whole experience
Went to the Arden one service ok but the food was terrible my graddaughter order the cheese pizza which was hard as a brick the scramble eggs where very dry n flat with no taste. Steak sandwich was ok. The strawberry lemonade was soooo sour n didnt taste like strawberry at all. I'll never go back. Oh yeah forgot to mention all the flys flying around.�

They were really nice and accompanied our restrictions on food. Only thing we weren't happy with was when we walked in they had so many booths open, a lot of people waiting and no one at the check in station. We choose to sit at counter and got served quickly.
