Well we have come to this location probably for the last 3 years. Lately the service has been subpar. Today I ordered Tri Tip sandwich with onions mushrooms and sweet potato fries. At first the sweet potatoe fries came same as my boyfriend's order. The waitress said she didn't want it to get cold and that was fine. Then the sandwich came out and it was missing everything but the meat and the bread. So I told the waitress it was missing. I do not recommend this establishment. My family and I waited for over an hour to be told that our food was never cooked and that they had lost our tickets. Our drinks were never filled and the interaction between the staff and managers was abysmal. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Just had breakfast at the Black Bear Diner and the middle aged women with Blond hair couldn't have been more rude, she walks up to me doesn't even greet me but asked what I want! Then proceeds to let me know that she'd get my order when my menu is closed... ok! I had my coffee mug sitting on the table and she rudely moved it without asking me and no reason to move it! tried multiple times just to call and ask for wait time ....10 minutes on hold ... still waiting and I'm listening to the lady laughing in the background just going about her business with zero response and customer service. I know someone who works for the original company and they would not be happy with zero service. I stayed online just in spite to see how long it would take to see if they wond why there phones not ringing . with 3. stars is giving too much for this place. good luck getting my support. I like to give places benefit of doubt especially since this was the first day of the year, but this place really just lacked care. It took 50 minutes for a hot chocolate and a hour and a half for a gross sandwich. The servers were not interactive at all and came off as fairly rude. The only reason why it's not a one star for me is because it was very busy and I can get why things get stressful during times like that but they should still uphold some sort of respectfulness.
